Character Name: Noir // Van Grants
Unit: Cardinal
Age: 27 (...looks older)
Height: 189 cm / 6'2
Weight: 86 kg = 189 pounds-ish
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Brown
Appearance: Reference picture because I'm from an anime-RPG canon and lazy. Though you will likely find him in this number. PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD he looks like a normal dude and is one and will ping as such.
Birds mark: Noir is now growing feathers on his left arm. Because canon is good to me.
Description of powers: Magic-swordsman, along with magic singing! Can cast elemental spells, do some fancy elemental sword tricks and also sing a few songs to create a force field and also make the fire of heaven fall down upon thee-- no it's mostly shiny lights that hit the ground and burn you.
Strength/Extent of powers:
Innate: Yes; though the only innate bit is the ability to use the singing magic, as that is magic that can only be performed by a descendant of Yulia. There's still some studying that goes into it.
Memory related: Yes; to the rest. Presumably he'll have to remember one of his boss fights in order to use them.
Relation to memory: Many of his abilities required years of studying and training as an Oracle Knight, though all of those are offscreen.
Effect of the powercap: He's already an RPG reoccurring boss that gets a 'level-up' between the time he's a midboss and a final boss. He'll be capped to about midboss level (~level 30), and all of his skills will be weakened. I'll figure out specific details for each later, but the general rule is that he definitely is not capable of killing someone in one shot and will definitely be taking several shots to achieve the same effect.
